Our end of tenancy cleaning is built around that inspection. We work room by room with a checklist, from the kitchen and bathroom through to bedrooms, living areas and hallways. We clean the places people forget as well as the ones they see, so the property is handed back looking the way the agreement expects.

The service costs from £350 and is fully guaranteed. If the agency or landlord is not satisfied with any area, we return and re-clean it at no additional cost. That promise is the reason most customers choose the fixed price service over an hourly clean.

Your tenancy agreement almost certainly requires you to return the property in the same clean condition you received it. We work through the property room by room using a detailed checklist. The price starts from £350 and excludes carpet shampoo, blind cleaning and external window cleaning, which you can add separately. Because every property is different, we ask for a short video and a few photos before confirming your quote.

Carpets take the most wear in any home and are one of the first things an agent checks at the end of a tenancy. Foot traffic, spills, pet marks and general dust build up deep in the fibres, where vacuuming alone cannot reach.

Our carpet shampoo and steam cleaning service refreshes the pile, lifts everyday dirt and marks, and leaves carpets cleaner and fresher. SpotAway Steam Clean Service is the specialist behind UrbanCleanVibe, so carpet work is central to what we do rather than an afterthought.

Carpet shampoo for two bedrooms costs £120. If free parking is not available at the property, an additional £10 covers parking arrangements. We can quote for larger properties, stairs, hallways and living rooms.

Moving-out deep cleaning is our flexible, hourly option. It suits tenants and owners who want a thorough clean of specific areas, or who prefer to pay by time instead of a fixed price.

The minimum booking is 10 hours. At £27 per hour, our equipment and cleaning products are included. If you would rather use your own products, the rate is £23 per hour.

Please note this option is not guaranteed. If the agency or landlord is not satisfied and a re-clean is required, it is charged as additional hours. If you need a guaranteed result, choose our fixed price end of tenancy service instead.

Clean windows and blinds make a property look brighter and better kept. Dust and marks on blinds, and smears on glass, are easy for agents and landlords to spot at a final inspection.

We clean internal and external windows, frames and sills, and we clean blinds. These are priced separately from our standard end of tenancy clean, so you only pay for what you need.

Bathrooms show limescale, soap scum and mould quickly, and they are a key area that agents inspect. Our bathroom cleaning removes build-up and leaves surfaces hygienic and sparkling.

We clean baths, showers, screens, toilets, basins, taps, tiles and grout, and we polish chrome fittings. Bathroom cleaning is part of every end of tenancy clean, and you can also book it on its own.

After building or renovation work, a property is covered in fine dust, paint marks and leftover residue. Post-builders cleaning removes it so the space is ready to live in or hand over.
